BA. 125K base plus 60K sign on paid over two years and 70 rsu’s vesting over 4 years.

I guess as a BA you have a great base and sign on comp, probably equivalent to a BIE/DE( im serious!!) I can't comment on the rsu as you have not specified your exp in Amazon
