Amazon
Amazon is for mobile, but they have a backwards interview process (I sent a great Swift guy to them but they don't test in Swift). Their interview process is very CS fundamentals, which isn't my preferred way to find a great mobile dev.
They do the same for very high senior architect roles. If you architect does a lot of writing of tree traversal algorithms, you really need better architects.

How's the interview process there?
Really depends on the role but usually pretty fast. They always talk about putting an emphasis abd continuously improving the interview experience. *shrugs* i don't know I've been here a few years and love it
