Cracking the behavior interview?

I am at early stage of my career, looking for a job and getting interviews. The thing is I am a shy guy who talks relatively less. I went to online solutions it says use STAR. I learn it and used it again in the interview. However I am still getting rejected because I am not a good storyteller. Given the fact that anyone can become a storyteller because itโ€™s a skill, anyone can master with practice. The thing is, I am not feeling confident and lacking resources. Please share tips. Many interviews will ask you the same thing. Note those items and prepare/rehearse a reply that you can spew out without even thinking. The one that will get you the most โ€œbang for your buckโ€ comes early in the interview when they ask you to tell them about yourself. Have a nice, upbeat story about your life, career and hobbies to tell them. After all, youโ€™re a human, not a robot!

Review what you did in your job, projects you worked on. Problems you solved. That's a starting point for STAR type answer prep. Feeling proud of your work is important as it will be directly reflected in the interview. Prepare 3 good examples from different projects and use it in different setting / questions.

Same stories can be used in answering different questions by different interviewers? Wouldn't they know when the interviewers submit their interview feedback? I had a separate post about this... I can probably delete that now.

Same story because itโ€™s โ€œyour lifeโ€. Do you tell a different name to each interviewer?

This leadership principle is BS.. if you know how to fake up stories they will select you else reject even if you are good technically. Totally BS. I have experienced with Amazon on this.
