Here's general info about me: BS in Cyber Security MS in Computer Science (Data Science) 3 YOE in Cyber Security 2 YOE as Machine Learning Engineer (will have 2 when I start applying) Relevant Data Science Masters Course Work: Analysis of Algorithms Foundations of Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning Database Systems Systems Engineering Theory and Practice Advanced Topics in System Engineering (possibly) Based on this, what level of jobs should I apply for to avoid automatically getting filtered rejections?

You’ll apply for generic data science positions and the companies would place you most likely at L4. In Bay Area expect at least 200-250k TC with base around 150-175k. Best of luck!
