I have a strong LinkedIn network and recruiters keep contacting quite often .. too many to reply all of them.. do u guys reply to all ofthem declining requests etc.
Some with pretty faces, I do reply and sometimes chat over phone. For those not so appealing, I ignore em
Only FAANG or top-tier companies like Dropbox. No time for others, because they can’t the same level as the top-tiers.
Mostly ignore. If they're obnoxiously persistent I'll reply to decline. If they cold call me without establishing phone consent over email contact, I find out how they got the number, and let them know it's not okay. That's unacceptable behavior.
I reply to all. It literally takes 15 seconds from my mobile to politely decline.
Deloitte is a reputable company. Geez ppl here need to step out of the bubble for a sec
When they give a canned email, I reply with a canned response. If they actually look at my resume and say something personal, I’ll give them 5 minutes of my time.
+1
I do only if i feel the recruiter made an effort to go through my profile. If I sense it was a blanket message, I'll just post a random post from Craigslist, showing then solicitation is not welcome. Yes. I respond to all recruiter mail even if it is from a small consultancy. Some professional and some rude.
Only from companies that interests me. Any headhunters I completely ignore especially when the requirements they talk about have no relation to my area.
Canned response if any
