I think it’s ok for law enforcement to set a policy that we won’t make someone a problem who is reporting a crime. I don’t like that our legislature tied everyone’s hands so we can’t use ICE and other federal resources we pay for.

It kind of beats be how CA is letting these criminals free. Amongst illegal aliens there are some criminals and those need to be deported. Otherwise many more Kate Steinle will have their life taken away by criminal illegal aliens.
