Why are candidates with a few years of employment make just as much or more than some with many years of employment? Is this all dependent on the levels at they were hired? What are the sr ux design directors, design dirctors, and principal designers making at FAANG...10 yoe, 15 yoe, and 20+ yoe?
No one metric is a defining characteristic I don’t know when business people and hiring managers will ever realize this but Whenever you put anything into a single metric it will be gamed / optimized for above all else I’ve met 3 YOE people that outshine 15 YOE in skills/ability
