I have been approached by a few recruiters over my life. I have also been on the other side of things where my company was searching for recruiters. I know some recruiters take x% of your starting salary and it’s paid out by the company. If the recruiter is not in-house that must mean that the company is reducing your salary to pay for the recruiter’s cut. Do any of you anons have more information or experience using a recruiter? Any advice? There are a few recruiters that can help me find small startups to join. TC: 145k, 6 YOE LC IS LIFE, LC IS LOVE
