It's bad in Europe too it seems. https://www.theguardian.com/society/2019/nov/21/downward-mobility-a-reality-for-many-british-youngsters-today
Jeremy Corbyn would've fixed everything by now, but these people wanted a Trump of their own. Wish you all a very happy Brexit.
When a society has winners, it inevitably has losers. That’s just how it works. The only way to get rid of losers is to also get rid of winners which is why the socialist narrative being pushed by Bernie, Warren, AOC, etc is so appealing to those who don’t want to be held accountable for their decisions and actions
I don’t think a society has to be a zero sum game. Will some people always have better outcomes? Yes, that’s part of how things work. Will they have better outcomes at the expense of those who didn’t? No, I hope it won’t always be like that.
That doesn’t make any sense. We are living in the most prosperous, phenomenal time in history to this point. Those at the bottom end of society are 100x better off than those at the bottom of society even 100 years ago. You can rationalize it to “winners” and “better winners” but there will always be those who have better outcomes than others and we should be glad that happens. Exceptional people have driven every societal innovation in history. You shouldn’t be so naive to think that those who do so are being altruistic.
Capitalism doesn’t work for workers.
Socialism has been a real boon to the working class
It’s going to get even worse since the people referenced in the article claim one specific solution to this is social justice 😂
Are the Americans who feel this too not part of the America in MAGA?
