You can expect 160k+, 240k+ in stocks for 4 years, 15% yearly bonus, 30k+ sign-on. You need to negotiate everything, of course.

Guys is that still a reasonable number for L3? My L4 offer’s TC is lower than that.

I got 88k, 3500 rsu, 10% bonus for L2
I got an offer for 140k base, 160k stock, no sign on. Not sure of the level but it was equivalent to SDE2 or PM2. I'm in the product management line. I did not accept the offer
