Engineering vs. Management vs. Production
At your company is there an efficient line of communication and correction between engineering management and production? Seems to me, there is always a disconnect that wastes everyone's time. For whatever reasons: budgets, poor designs, or incompetence; a lack of communication between the different branches of production leads to hugs gaps in efficiency. Your thoughts?
Sounds just like my shop were around 40 people and we do precision CNC manufacturing for the aerospace industry. And stuff gets lost in translation even at small shops like mine. Very frustrating tbh.
