Received the opening verbal offer for a Tech L6 Sr. Solution Architect role in London. I would like to have the view of this forum of how this offer looks Total Comp offered: Base: £100k Sign-On: £43k (year 1), £32k (year 2) RSU: 61 (4 years vesting schedule 5,15,40,40) Relocation Package Immigration (approx £10k) YoE: 16 Questions: I have been told that the there is not much to negotitiate on Base (£105k can be tried but cannot guaranteed); however they are ready to negotiate on Sign on and/or RSU's. So the questions is how much should i ask for as TC & which component (i.e. RSU's or sign on) ?
Definitely low sign on and stocks I have same offer for L6 SA . My sign on are $90k and $70k and 110 stocks

I got offered as L6 SDM in London: £115k base / £100k sign on (58/42) / 100 RSUS. You have space to negotiate. I didn't accept the offer and they didn't care to negotiate.

Exactly 16 years as well. I rejected not only because of comp but also because I felt L6 was low.
61 RSU, which is $103k given the share price @ $1700? Or you mean $61k

Start by doubling the sign on and RSU
Thanks ..Do i insists on £115 as base ? as this is the figure i quoted on the phone screening. Not sure what is the max base in London area though.
