Title: Lead Mts Base: 197k Rsu: 240k I have about 9 years of industry experience. I think the offer is light as they are just giving far less then 20% raise in pay and just matching rsu. Do you guys think I can get principal mts?
My understanding is it's a pretty good offer if you only have 9 years of exp.
Why do u think it's good offer? They are barely matching my current compensation. Just curious
Not a good offer ... negotiate further .
Do u think I should negotiate for principal? And why do u say it's great offer? They are barely matching. Is it more from Salesforce standards?
RSU can be better. Else good one.
It's a good offer for Salesforce. Keep in mind refreshers are hard to get though.
Do they have annual bonus or refresher , if what's typical % since they are imp part of total comp
If it's not etter than what you are making then why consider it? They should raise if they want you
I should say you are almost getting PMTS level base salary and sign-on RSUs. Sign-on RSU component is considerably high even for PMTS level. Just FYI target bonus for LMTS is 15% and for PMTS it is 20%. Salesforce is stingy with stock refreshes. You should be lucky and top performer to get stock refreshers. In summary Salesforce is not a paymaster, if pay is your criteria then you may stay away from CRM. Just wondering do you have any competing offer and negotiated with CRM?
I participate interviewing process in sfdc and the reason u got the lmts offer is because we think ur technical level and skills r in the level. The reason u got a high offer as a lmts is because ur current salary is high. Since ur offer is already top notch as a lmts, u should either stay where u r or get an offer from g or f if u r not satisfied by the offer.
No signon bonus?
