Evergreen/Silver Creek Feedback
Hi Folks, Both me and my spouse work in Sunnyvlae and currently own a townhome in Santa Clara. We want to upgrade and move to a larger, single family house. Anyone living in Evergreen/silvercreek Area? Would you recommend it? Any other zip codes to consider? Thanks in advance

Yes for schools, quite, mostly Indian and Asian population. You will miss Indian food choices from Sunnyvale. Commute in South part of 101 can be around 880. It significantly improved after Tully/Capitol Expy ramps/exits few years ago You will end up going to Almaden /Blossomhil for shooting ( Trader Joe's, Whole foods, Costco) No easy access to Cal train, VTA, future BART, so commute beyond Mountain View / Palo Alto would be pretty bad ( future job changes)
