FB sr database engineer
I have 10 years of experience in Database management. I am being offered a role at FB. What kind of TC I should be asking? Recruiter asked for my feedback. Please help me out here.

Data Engineers, you mean? Database Engineering can mean different things - but teams in Infrastructure are same as SWE (and some teams are directly SWE teams)
