For high IQ folks , let me explain. Kavanaugh investigation was a background check and FBI followed a protocol of that process and couldn't not unearth anything new. It was NOT a criminal investigation. So yeah he is innocent by that standard but that doesn't mean Ford lied. On the other hand Clinton investigation was criminal and was investigted for two years and couldn't find any hard criminal evidence. It might be that she did illegal activities but it couldn't be proven. But hey lock her up ! Go figure.

Yeah we know - the biggest mistake Trump admin is making is not vetting candidates properly. The result? The shit show circus that we've been watching for the last couple of years. My honest fear is that other government officials will start to think it's ok to "bend" the rules, as long as your on Trump's good side.

High IQ folks know that there is no right or wrong side. In fact talking about us vs them is silly. You will never see more than one side of the coin. Getting emotionally invested is irrational when you do not have and will never have all the facts.

The FBI made no bones about it. She broke the law. They said she didn't have bad intentions and determined not to charge her And trump is the gaslighter?
So why is Trump not arresting her like he said he would?
First off genius, the President doesn't arrest anyone. Second, and this was verbose in my post, the FBI elected not to charge her. They didn't say she committed no wrong doings. In fact they said the polar opposite.
