Facebook - on-site - Decision
It’s been 3 days since I attended Facebook on-site and I haven’t heard back from the recruiter. Does it mean its a reject ? Sent an email yesterday but no luck!

Recruiter from FB. We have a lot holding us back on providing a decision (like hiring managers and interviewers who haven’t submitted feedback). It doesn’t hurt to reach out to the Recruiter to check in.

This is hilarious. 3 Days is nothing. (Although generally a recruiter sends a note right after asking how the discussions went) it could be a week or 2 prior to hearing anything
