Any insights on compensation for the RPM program if you’re a MBA/Master’s degree candidate? 5 years previous experience in pm/software implementation. Do all hires get same compensation regardless of YoE?
I spoke with the recruiter and new grads all get the same comp, but experienced hires get a higher comp
So new grads meaning recent undergrads and recent master grads get the same compensation??
