Any difference in going to U-Day versus just having a normal new grad onsite loop on a different day, other than learning more about the company? Saw in another thread that U-Day means one less interview but is that true?
As an interviewer, it's indicated it's U-day and once you've done a few you know what to expect. Also the pre-submit panel is better calibrated for Uday candidates. Some of them have social events associated. Overall, it's probably a slight advantage to do a Uday interview. (But that has more to do with the consistency that Facebook applies to the packets, the interview is no easier)

Do you think Hamas has the right to keep hostages?
I went for “U Day” it was just interviews we didn’t do anything special.
Did you go last year? And how many coding interviews did you have?
I think four.
