Facebook, Uber ATG, or Snap internship?

How would you rank these 3 companies for internships? I had good interviews with all 3 and have 1 offer so far. Waiting to hear back and trying to decide what would be the best learning experience. Edit: I’m not thinking about who has the best return offer or reputation. I want who has the best internship. Added a poll. Thanks all! Happy Thanksgiving TC 96k (intern)

Snap. Go have some fun.

Uber ATG will have greater story to tell I feel like versus social media companies. But I work for FB, hey come join us. The perks are great.

Facebook! Always !

Yeah I’ve heard Facebook is a great learning environment! Why do y’all say FB besides benefits??

Interning at FB rn and it’s awesome! They really save the best projects for interns and you can’t beat the housing + benefits. They also pay top of the market and if you perform you can get some crazy offers for new grad. They also don’t really hire new grads besides converting interns anymore so it’s probably the most exclusive in that respect

Top market? I’m getting 8k/month from Facebook intern. What are you getting?

Are you hoping for a return offer after the internship? If yes, then ask yourself which company do you want to start your career with.

I’m looking for the best 14 week experience where I can have ownership and be challenged the most as an engineer. I don’t care about the company name or planning for a return offer. Only who has the best internship.

Then Snap is probably the best place to have 14 weeks of fun.

If you care about perks then facebook... Ubers perks are getting worse and worse. When I interned at Uber, I was given a 1k stipend per month... Which is okay but not a lot given its bay area and you get taxed. But I did have a lot of ownership on projects. Facebook does have really good returning intern offers if you nail your internship project and get a good review. However I have met some people who were stuck with not so great mentors that ended up hurting their returning offer (didn't get one). At the end of the day, I'd pick between Uber and Facebook and see which one interests you more.
