After the interview, how is a hiring decision made for new grads? Do the interviewers meet together to discuss and make a decision, or is there a hiring committee that reviews each interviewer’s feedback? Also, do the initial offer numbers change based on interview performance?
Interviewers provide their feedback, hopefully quickly. Then, I believe in Wednesday’s (but could be wrong) the hiring committee meets, reviews feedback and your resume/background, and makes a decision.
What does the rejection rate look like for those who make it to hiring committee. Is it like Google where the rejection rate at hiring committee is quite high?
Couldn’t tell you what the general rejection rate is. All I know is that my personal rejection rate with FB’s HC is 0% ;) Good luck!
