Position offered : software engineer infrastructure Compensation offered: 140k base , 150k stock vesting in 4 years , 30k bonus per year , 25k joining bonus What do you guys think ??? Any help appreciated

30k bonus/year is >20% of your base which means E6, but the other numbers don’t match an E6 offer. I’d check that number to make sure,

If e3 it’s good else if e4 negotiate more. Do ask recruiter about the level.

I am not sure ... They haven't mentioned anything like that ... But have a work experience of about 3 years now ...
Looks like a standard offer to me for entry level. Stock might be negotiable up to 200K.
