Facebook vs Oculus
Hearing that the culture are very different between Facebook and Oculus teams. How different are they?

Oculus is still a startup. They don’t yet have enough data to forecast any of their needs, require customized solutions tailored for their use cases, and everything is needed immediately. They sit in their own building which results in cultural separation. The rest of FB is more mature and better at planning, but slower moving in some cases. Both have their advantages/disadvantages.

What about the pay and stability ? Is the pay scale same in oculus as in Facebook and is it also fire and hire like in Facebook
