Family Dollar TC with 15 yoe?
Hi all, Thinking of making a job hop. I have extensive retail experience and am now being poached by Family Dollar for a staff software engineer position. Anyone know what kinda TC I can expect? Current TC at Dollar General: $65k ($50k base, $15k bonus, all the twinkies and Dr Pepper I want)
