Flatiron Health Negotiations
Anyone have any experience negotiating comp with Flatiron in NYC? Have a friend with a new grad offer (with higher competing offers from Google + Apple) but they seem unwilling to budge, citing lack of resources.

They have a lot of resources and can afford to pay better but there are “caps” for levels. If your friend has offers at google and apple, would go there unless they’re interested in health tech specifically
I've heard of them, why does he prefer them over Google?
