Flipkart TC (with break up) expectation for SDE3/4
Currently interviewing for Flipkart, final stage. Yoe - 8.6 Years. What should I expect ? Current TC : 35L + 10% + 25k usd RSU ( 4y) + 3L sign on

SAP is wrong about SDE3 base. It is definitely 50+

Is that $25k worth of RSUs or 25k units ? And why are you counting one time signing bonus as part of current TC ?
$25k worth, updated OP now. I added signing bonus because I saw other threads and would like to know about Flipkart sign on bonus as well.

SDE 3 should be 33+ Base plus 30K Stocks
Vesting period for stocks? Annual spread across 4 years?
Really? That sounds low unless it is the starting range.
