This is final post negotiation. T4 SWE Base 148k Stock 230k/4years Sign on 30k Annual Bonus 15% 4 YoE at a consulting firm, no FANG experience, 1.5 years internship at SAP Decent? I feel RSU are low but they were not ready to budge. Taking the opportunity to get into FANG and will start applying to other companies few months into G.

This is relatively low imo. I got 140 base + 280 RSU for L3. 3yoe with no name company. Had higher competing offers

Bloomberg and Goldman had higher offers. Amazon low-balled

Amazon: 150 base, 150k/4 in stocks, 60-40 in sign on.

TC over four years with signing spread over 2 yrs, assuming good perf scores: 245, 252, 265, 280 and then hopefully promo to L5. That's a good offer. Growth is not huge because offer is high already.

If you do this, I suggest waiting more than a few months and giving google a real try. It will give you more credibility when talking to other companies

I don’t know about the tc. If I tell you it’s low, would you turn down the offer, or would you take it trying to jump ship as quickly as possible?
