Good CRM for managing account history + ongoing projects
Hey Blind! My company is in desperate need of a CRM - at the moment, most projects for our clients are managed via Word and Excel sheets. Information is very siloed, which leads to a lot of confusion and general inefficiency. I'm looking for A CRM that'll allow us to track post-sale dev projects and inquiries for each of our clients - transparency/stronger reporting are our goals here. I'm looking to document everything that happens to an account: account history/bio, emails, attachments, open tasks, etc. Contact management is nice, but it's not a priority - we want to know what the accounts themselves need. Not interested in using this software to manage pipeline/sales. I also don't have much of a budget here, so the cheaper (or free), the better. Can Hubspot's free CRM provide the kind of tools that would help in this situation? It looks pretty heavily geared toward contact management and sales. Can anyone recommend a (cheap-free) CRM (or some other type of software) that would help us move away from project managing in Office 365??? Thanks!
Check Zoho out too. I'm testing cloze out right now to help follow ups and like it so far. I didn't get to Hubspot or Zoho yet
Salesforce will break your back. Hubspot is more of Marketing/Email campaign/Lead and Opportunity Management tool and has CRM capabilities but it will not fit your requirements. Microsoft CRM is good option but you may have configure/customize as per your needs. You can check ZenDesk, Sugar CRM, ServiceNow as well.
I think HubSpot CRM will do all of that and is free
Dynamics 365 from MS. Salesforce - bit costly but is the leader
I like the idea of Dynamics because it would integrate well with the rest of our systems, but don't think we have the budget for either that or Salesforce. Thanks though!
