Is this for Fall? They aren't many fall projects and, as a result, Fall/Spring matching is much harder than Summer matching. The upside is, if you apply for next Summer in the Fall, you can skip the interviews and go straight to matching again.
That you can do the work, that you're interested in the work. Their project will probably involve specific tech stack and they'll want to make sure you're comfortable with it. They want you to like the work and the team. Ask good questions.
Don't worry too much about whether the project sounds interesting. Obviously it's preferable but mine sounded boring but I ended up loving it and got an offer.
