Google L3 offer
Friend has an offer (doesn't know TC yet) from Google for L3 SDE. Recruiter has asked for expectations. How much should she give for mountain view and Kirkland in terms of base, stock? She has 6 months experience and a master's degree from a top university. Any help will be great.
How come recruiters ask like this ? If that’s the case why not a million ? Ask for more so that hr will go back to school and learn how to negotiate better , rofl.
Don’t give them the expectation. Tell them i am open to all offers.
