Hello! Finishing up an interview cycle at Google and have received good feedback from my recruiter. Recruiter shared their "standard comp package" for the role and asked me to get back later. "standard" base: 110k bonus: 15% equity 70-80k TC ~145k EDIT: Bay Area non-eng L3 My recruiter _seems_ pleasant and transparent, and isn't trying to screw me. For those who've gone through the negotiation process, could you share any advice on where I could best negotiate? Appreciate it! current TC: ~115k | 2 YoE

OP- Are you supporting sales as an analyst? Do you have to write code?
Do companies ask for competing offer letters? Do we have to show them the offers from other companies?
Do u have competing offer? If not, it's a tough battle
Sadly I do not, applied to this single role on a whim. Is there any upwards flexibility with the recruiter before comp committee? (Which is where I'd assume the competing offers would play a role)
