Checking the waters to see what y'all think of this offer. Anyone a recent Interaction Designer hire at the Seattle campus? I'm guessing I could push for more RSUs but no competing offers as of now. Base: 120k Performance Bonus: 15% (18k) RSU: 32k x 4 years (128k total) TC: 170k No sign on bonus.
Seems low / you should aim for ~140-150 base and 200-250 RSU - got competing offers?
No competing offers at the moment. Since that's the case would there be any leeway? Previous posts described competing offers being the only fuel to begin that discussion
