Google recruiter ghosting after HC?
Got note that I passed HC last week. Haven't heard from recruiter since even after 2 follow up email. When should I start getting worried? It's been 6 months since I've started the process and jesus fucking christ is Google slow.
If you have a phone number, call the recruiter to check in or LinkedIn message. The recruiter could be on vacation, sick, etc

Agree with Red Panda - Call her. She may be sick/away/have left the company etc. But has every incentive to not ghost you!
6 months?? Good lord. Honestly the way google is with interviews makes me not even want to ever bother trying
It took 2 days for my recruiter to get back with a confirmation that I had cleared hc. So ymmv.

Definitely she will not ghost if you pass the HC. She needs you to accept the offer to get her commission.
