For a new CS grad
Google. Secure the big name early in your career. Work there at least a year then do what you want. Google on a CV is basically an auto interview anywhere in the world. Same doesn't go quite as far with any other company.
what’s the startup? if growing fast and you already have F/G as internships, why not
I can't really say but I wouldn't call it a startup, it's a company that most people know
Facebook wins for TC and fast promos due to the up or out policy.
Other company is Pinterest?
How solid is the company? If the market craters like in 2001 or 2008-2009 most of the startups evaporate.
It's a well known, solid company (700+ employees) and it's been around for 10 years, just hasn't IPOd yet
Why haven't they IPOd yet? What's their revenue growth? Are they profitable? What's their cap table look like? Ask them the hard questions
