Green card renewal
How long does it take to receive a new green card after renewal? My biometrics was taken mid June 2018 and I am still waiting for my new card.
Just get the damn citizenship. You don’t have to give up your Canadian citizenship, what’s the rub?
Since June? It’ll probably be another 4-6 months before it gets approved and you can go back to pick up your ketchup chips, coffee crisp, crispy crunch and Tim Hortons coffee. How close to the expiry did you file, eh?
They extended my green card +6 months. So I’m good until July 2019. The strange thing is, two of my coworkers did their renewal in May 2019 and got their green cards in 3 weeks!
How did you get yours extended by 6months? Did they extend at the USCIS office by placing a sticker/stamp on your green card? Mine is about to expire and renewal has not gone through yet. Also, do you know if Microsoft REverifies work authorization when doing an internal transfer?
