H1B PP approval time ?
Can you please let know PP approval time after upgrade? My petition was upgraded on Feb 26 and still waiting. My H1b was filed late September and patience is at its lowest π. TC 225k
These timelines are really depressing. Did you guys join on receipt or waiting it out? I'm planning to join on receipt, but worried about the timeline going beyond 6 months

Sorry man. Yeah it's definitely frustrating to not move when you have a good offer. I wish they charge double the money and open up premium processing. No idea why they are leaving so much money on the table. Companies can pay tens of thousands for a faster processing
Same here, waiting since 6 months. Didnt take the risk joining on receipt. Applied for transfer in late september. Recieved RFE around end january. Submitted RFE and upgraded to premium on Feb 26th. Waiting for the approval. Current TC: 160K, new TC: 280k. π¬
Shit that's a lot of diff. In this time you basically lost 50K. The TC bump looks nice, may I ask which company and location, yoe?
Fb. 1.7 YOE. Yeah didnt want to risk it and fly to an another country.
Mine was filed on PP on Feb 20th and revived RFE on Feb 26th. PS - I also have been waiting since October
