H1B RFE

Do you know why the lawyers wait close to the deadline to respond to RFE? Wondering if there is a strategy behind it or they are just lazy. My lawyers said that they will take 6-8 weeks to send the response. Should I push them to respond sooner? TC:230k

It takes 2 weeks just to get the reason for the rfe. Then it will take them time to address and answer, and send back to USCIS (Also, the rfe is probably because you're making 700k)

I do that too. It's just that I'm not sure if that much time is needed to prepare the response or if it's just a strategy or something else. Feels like I need a support group :D

All lawyers do that. They want to make sure that it doesn’t get denied once they respond to the RFE. It took around 7 weeks for them to respond in my case.
