tl;dr gf gets cold and wraps herself in a chastity belt for pajamas Get along great, living together. Lots of hugs and kisses. But barely any sex. Among feeling like our priorities shifted since we moved in (going out to hang out with gf/bf = looking forward to sex; coming home = videogames and relaxing), we have a weather problem. She freezes at night and I'm always hot. I sleep with nothing under a sheet, but she sleeps in three layers with a hoodie under a comforter that might as well be the Berlin wall. Makes casual cuddling in bed before and after sleep impossible. Help! What do we do??????
You give the heat. Cuddle over clothes and slowly undress them.
Get one of those dual temperature zone beds

Tried it, no one wants to be hot and no one wants to be cold. Maybe we're going about it wrong?
I mean, talk to her about your sex life and how to rekindle. It seems that cuddling used to lead to sex and the clothes bundle interferes, tell her you miss that and ask her how she wants you to initiate.

"Lots of hugs and kisses" ==> try to use your creativity during this stage to create a proper mood. Does she work full time or doesn't get enough sleep? Not that it's a great excuse, but perhaps she's just been tired.
Have a remote control. She will get warm during the sex. So heat the room for her, go to a cold shower yourself and then start with cuddling and massage. Once she feels comfortable to get out of her clothes turn off the heater, both of you wonβt need it for the rest of the cardio.
