Hireright background check says security review pending
Submitted my background check. Comes back ok, but on education which was verified though different dates came back for when I started my major, but the graduation date is right. It says security review pending and is flagged yellow. Does anyone know what this means?

This happened to me, as well. Quoting HireRight support: "Pending - Security Review is standard process for all reports where the company is reviewing the information pertaining to your report. It is listed as Completed-Data Verified. You would only need to worry if it said Discrepancy, but this isn't the case here. Its just going through the process - which is sort of like the final review stage, where our researchers make sure all the information pertaining to the report is accurate and get it gathered to send via email to your hiring company. In these cases, ETA is usually 24-48 hours. You will receive a notification email when it is fully completed and sent to your employer."
Mine says this too. But data verified. So I’m good?
For global education section, mine says Completed-Data Verified in result section.. but says Pending-security review in Adjudication Result section.. so am I good or something to worry about?

Just call them .. and ask how far is the process into. If they refuse to answer. Just call back .... with in a few call you should know what’s going on.
