Since there’s no advertising...? No FAQ addresses it but privacy policy suggests they sell aggregated data somehow.
They sell the data they collect from surveys that you think are just regular blind posts. Like for example "do you think you are compensated fairly?"
They will make money from recruiting eventually. Like LinkedIn. The behavior already happens organically here so they’ll find some way to monetize it.
They should charge for the ability to make referral posts. They’d make a pretty penny.
