Is it a yes or no vote from all the interviewers or is there a scoring system per interviewer?
The bar raiser leads the discussion per interviewer. Similar to Amazonās onsite debrief process
Ok the bar raiser asks each interviewer, does each interviewer just say yay or nay? Or does each interviewer score the candidate on a scale ex: 1-4 or do they just express what observations they made? Is there any quantification of performance?
Also how long after the onsite would they make the decision?
Each interviewer says yay or nay. Bar raiser has priority. Hiring manager decides.
Then I am screwed š
Most places have a discussion, a few metrics, some type of data point. In my experience, it mostly comes down to it they like you as a person, no matter the role.
Isnāt there a standard process in such large orgs?
