i have an E4 offer and evaluating whether I should join? YoE: 7 TC: 240 Offer: 270

Lol not for E4. Whether they should be E5 is a different story, but 270 for E4 is pretty close to top of band. @op - if you work hard and have a good manager, you can make E5 in a year and see your comp go up a lot. 270k for Seattle is quite good and you can pretty much buy a house on that income.
@solidmeh what's TC for newly promoted E5?
Why E4 with 7 years experience? Is this normal or were your interviews not great? Is 240k current TC or the TC FB offered?

Ya is that good? I’ve always been promoted within a year cause I get excited and work like a donkey in the first year
