Can anyone share more info about the company? Work culture, growth potential, future, perks, etc? Thanks!
Amazing company and hidden gem. If you are right team than you don’t give a shit to fang because they solve real problem and clearly what they do is much much much better than advertisement company or social network data pile or movie streaming business. Work life : very easy to manage Perks : ESPP locked at strike price with two year look back than end up in 50% discount Stocks : RSU and Non iSo stock options TC : for senior role much more than fang Base : little less competitive for junior or mid senior role RSU refresher : certain and everyone gets it even after 4 years Wlb : you can only compare this with LinkedIn and adobe and fang is not even closer Cons : growing politics in non robotics team Another cons : South Indian people everywhere in non engineering and lots of racism and lots of people are imported from boring shit consulting companies
What is average base for senior?
150-190 relating to level and skills
R/T from above Pros: very sexy technology, tons of room to grow, meaningful work, very very talented people. You’ll be doing work that literally no one else is doing and there are a myriad of opportunities to create a niche for yourself. Cons: growing politics as we hire more people from large, slow, unimaginative companies. Decision making at the mid level is atrocious. Not many perks.
Agreed. Comp isn’t the best but the tech is sexy
Comp is great is if not a l2-l3 developer and your life is so easy to manage. If you look holistic you are much better hands
Shit load of politics. Engineering wise they are good. Even I cannot say that as they don't have any competitors till this date. Few groups are amazing. But you are fast paced and hate politics, Intuitive is not your cup of tea. You will burn down in politics.
i like the engineering group. they are intuitive and intuitive is successful because of that group. if you are a data lover, run elsewhere. neither the management values analytics nor understands it. also, you gotta be a good ass kisser to survive and grow
Is data org not valued? What’s the TC of a senior ML SWE? I am deciding whether to interview.
What’s base pay for a senior visual designer? Glassdoor is all over the place. 8.5 yoe, 5.5 years in tech.
A lot of phd’s who don’t care about politics and like solving problems. Perks are solid, not FANG, but equivalent. Cant comment on career growth, but not any faster than FANG.
