How is the work life balance at Facebook for product managers and software engineers? I have heard mixed things about the work culture at FB.
Easy. Work 35 hours a week in infra, good ratings. Just be gud and you’ll do fine.
It really varies by org. Growth == super nuts and under staffed and over pressured for example.
What are you guys really doing working so hard ? We don’t see any change outside
literally the company motto is "move fast". do you need more hints that it is a rat race?
FB is one successful company that is a net negative for the world (opinion of course)
Solid wlb. Work like 35 hours a week and get exceeds expectations almost every half
DONT JOIN A GROWTH TEAM. ITS WORSE THAN AMAZON.
Growth team is working hard on producing shitty code
What are growth teams? How do you know? Any examples can be shared in public?
A lot of expectations to meet. Lots of work to do. WFH Wed though
Which org you in? My org is pretty chill
Growth
