How long does it take to put together an offer at AWS?
I went through the loop and did not hear anything for a week. I reached out to the recruiter and got a reply that he is working on my offer. I reached out again after a couple of days. He replied saying that he is still working on it. Is it normal? I do not have any other detail.

I got verbal offer in 4 hours after the loop. Negotiated for 2 weeks and once I gave verbal acceptance, I had the written offer within 2 days
Maybe they are trying to find a right team?
They should have a 3 and 5 promise. Definitely follow up and mention that. My org in AWS is really good about this

There is a promise to candidate to provide interview decision within 3 days of a phone screen and 5 days of an on-site. Days as in business day. Sometimes the only reason it's not provided is that someone didn't submit their feedback ...

You should know within a max of 5 business days, however it's frequently much quicker, mine was the same day
I got my offer next day (interviewed late afternoon)
I got an offer within 2 days. Rejected :)
