How long is it taking for H1b transfer with Premium processing?Is it the promised 2 weeks or is it taking longer?
Just wondering if it's taking longer given the current state of affairs @USCIS
I got my transfer completed in just 7 days under PP
Do you have BS and MS in CS? Also, is it a regular backend role or specialized?
They definitely give you an answer in 15 calendar days in premium processing. But the f'd up thing is that they issue a lot of RFEs these days which increases the overall time to more than 3 months. If you are lucky enough you'll get an approval in the 2 weeks time period
3 business days. I am not kidding. I have all my degrees and job descriptions aligned properly, like most of us.
I got mine in 6 business days
