I understand it is dependent on the requirement and the time of the year. I'm just trying to get a sense of how tough/easy it gets. Like 1 in 10 vs 7 in 10. (Zero TC currently)
I have heard 3% but I can be wrong
Since PM’s are not in high demand, they tend to be competing against each other for a position. SDE’s are competing against a bar set by the company.
1 out of 5 , I guess
This, roughly 20% of those who have an onsite get an offer.
Which means that either the bar for getting an onsite interview is too low or the bar for going from onsite to offer is just too high. What would you say? My phone screen seemed to be really easy. That makes me feel that most people land an onsite interview.
