How to maximize career growth and TC
In your opinion, what companies / roles would you prioritize to maximize your growth and TC? Join a unicorn and hope you get lucky? Work hard at FAANG? Pursue management roles? I get there's a bunch of luck involved and everything is team dependent, but what should I keep in mind to put myself in the best position? Thanks! And before someone mentions there's more to life than work, I wanna chase TC first and learn the hard way lol

TC doesn't matter and chasing it will never make you feel wealthy or happy regardless if your tc is 400k or 40m. Build your passive income until it exceeds your earned income and enjoy the luxury of doing something you love.
