Apparently every software engineer except me gets hit up by recruiters every day on linkedin. what kind of things do you have on your profile that make you stand out?

Get referred by someone who knows you at the company you want to interview with instead.

“Father” is my favorite. Every time I see that I’m reminded of the painful fact that I’ll likely never be a parent. It’s bad enough I’ll never be a Thought Leader, CEO, or probably even CTO.
