How to pivot Entry level from Financial Services to Management/Strategy consulting

Hi I’m a year out of college working in PWM but realized i’d like to go into consulting. I’ve applied to some firms including Accenture but don’t think i currently have experience to land a job there. Any recommendations as to how i should approach the pivot? or smaller companies i should apply to? Thank
